Key Responsibilities

  • Care for, support, and inspire children in a positive, child-led learning environment
  • Promote high standards of quality and EYFS compliance
  • Supervise playroom staff and ensure effective childcare practices
  • Maintain strong parent-child relationships through feedback and engagement
  • Allocate children to keycare workers and foster secure attachments
