Key Responsibilities
- Care for, support, and inspire children in a positive, child-led learning environment
- Promote high standards of quality and EYFS compliance
- Supervise playroom staff and ensure effective childcare practices
- Maintain strong parent-child relationships through feedback and engagement
- Allocate children to keycare workers and foster secure attachments
