Salary
- £29,619 – £34,840 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and reflect on engaging, child-centred activities tailored to each child’s development, ensuring they progress towards key milestones
- Create and maintain a safe, inspiring environment that encourages expression, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning
- Foster trust-based relationships with children, colleagues, and families
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- A passion for fun, inclusive, and child-focused learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and responsible recruitment practices
- Excellent teamworking skills and a dedicated, empathetic approach when engaging with colleagues and parents/carers
