What You’ll Do as a Room Leader

⭐ Implement engaging learning experiences for children ⭐ Lead your nursery team with encouragement and creativity ⭐ Support child development and maintain strong parent relationships ⭐ Plan fun, educational activities to stimulate curiosity ⭐ Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards


🎯 Requirements

We’re looking for dynamic, skilled, and child-focused professionals—do you have?

🔹 Level 3 qualification in early years education or above 🔹 Experience in early years settings – preferably as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner 🔹 Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills 🔹 Passion for nurturing young learners and fostering positive relationships with families
