About our Clients
Our clients lovely Nursery in Eastleigh are now looking for an experienced room leader to join the team, in supporting a busy room. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting. Monday to Friday, with salary c£28k depending on experience.
Requirements What our Clients are looking for
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
