Lead Your Own Room at Our Brand-New Hornsey Nursery – Up to 10% Bonus!

Bright Little Stars – Hornsey, London N8 | Full Time, 40 hrs/week | £33,770 per annum | Start date: October 2026

A rare chance to shape a brand-new nursery from day one

Our brand-new Hornsey nursery (N8) is opening its doors, and we’re hiring two Room Leaders to help build something special from the very start. Hornsey and the wider Crouch End community is a warm, family-focused corner of North London, and we can’t wait to become part of it.

As one of London’s leading nursery groups – something our own team consistently reflects in our Indeed and Glassdoor reviews – we put our people first. If you love working with children and have the skills to lead a team, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll take real ownership of your base room – leading a team, nurturing children’s development and building genuine partnerships with families. If you’re Level 3-qualified, passionate about early years and ready to grow in a nursery that truly values its people, we’d love to hear from you.

The role at a glance

  • Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, non term time, permanent
  • Location: Bright Little Stars, Hornsey, London N8
  • Start date: October 2026

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage your base room, ensuring daily routines and EYFS requirements are consistently met.
  • Track children’s developmental progress, identify additional needs and plan activities that drive outstanding outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, meetings and home learning support.
  • Manage, coach and motivate your room team, including deployment, supervisions and performance reviews.
  • Maintain safeguarding standards and report any concerns in line with policy.
  • Support the Nursery Manager with cohort tracking in March, July and November.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture where every child and staff member can thrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
