Leading Nursery Group in the UK
You will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre in this leadership role. Your mission is to inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care and learning.

About Our Nursery
Location: Busy Bees Bishops Stortford Thorley
- Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 55 children.

Key Responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you’ll contribute to and lead:
- Setting and executing age-appropriate educational activities.
- Cultivating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Leading with high-performance leadership by fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Tracking children’s progress and communicating growth with families.
- Acting as a ’Key Person’, overseeing holistic growth and meeting personal development needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and security.
Ideal Candidate
We seek ** passionate, leader-minded** practitioners with the following qualifications:
- Current or pending professional Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education.
- Prior experience in Early Years Settings (an advantage if you hold roles such as Nursery Room Leader, Manager, Practitioner).
- Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to holistic child development and building trust with families.
