Nursery Room Leader – Partou Acorns in Adel Day Nursery & Pre-school
Leeds, West Yorkshire | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £29,432 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
About The Role
Partou Acorns in Adel Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time (40 hours/week) role of Nursery Room Leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily running of a nursery room
- Ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Leading and inspiring a team of practitioners
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Building strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in an early years setting
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Confidence in supporting children’s learning & cognitive growth
- Commitment to safeguarding policies & continuous professional development
