Room Leader (Brand New Nursery Opening September 2026!)
Maidenhead (SL6)
£31,000 to £33,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday)
We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre. It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options.
The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a forestry area. It is a genuinely inspiring place to work!

You will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Experience in a room leader role within a nursery or early years setting
- In depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Effective problem solving and organisational skills
