Location: St John's Wood, City of Westminster, London (NW8)

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum (Pro-rata for Part-Time)
Hours: 32–40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri (Early finish every Friday!)

Marylebone Services is recruiting a passionate Preschool Room Leader for a vibrant, nurturing private kindergarten in St John's Wood. This premium setting follows the Curiosity Approach, offering an exceptional child-led environment for up to 10 children aged 2.5 to 5 years.

- Full-Time: Mon-Thu 8am-6pm & Fri 8am-12pm (The nursery is flexible; this can be reduced to under 40 hours per week!)
- Part-Time: Mon-Thu 8am-3pm & Fri 8am-12pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage staff within the preschool room.
- Deliver a safe, stimulating environment meeting Ofsted and safeguarding rules.
- Execute high-quality observations, planning, and assessments.
- Build strong partnerships with parents to support home learning.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years.
- Minimum 1 year as a Room Leader in a nursery setting in the UK preferred.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
- Right to Work in the UK
