Nursery Room Leader – Partou Silchester Manor Day Nursery & Pre-school
Taplow, Berkshire | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £31,532 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (paid across the first year)
About the Role
Partou Silchester Manor Day Nursery & Pre-school is looking for a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40-hour per week role of Nursery Room Leader. The role involves:
- Overseeing the daily running of a nursery room
- Ensuring children engage in stimulating, learning-focused activities aligned with the EYFS
- Leading and supporting a team
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and families
- Championing safeguarding and conduct quality practice

About You
To excel in this Nursery Room Leader position, you should:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Have strong knowledge and application of the EYFS framework
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in an early years setting
- Show passion, dedication, and creativity in working with young children
- Have the confidence to support children’s learning, growth, and development
- Commit to safeguarding, continuous professional development, and best practice
