Our client, based in Horley, is seeking a very experienced Room Leader to join their team, supporting one of their busy rooms. What Our Clients Are Looking For
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
