About Our Clients
Our client, based in Horley, is seeking a very experienced Room Leader to join their team, supporting one of their busy rooms. This role involves working a 40-hour week, with a salary of approximately £30,500 depending on experience. The position offers great benefits and future career progression with this growing provider.
Requirements
What Our Clients Are Looking For
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
