As a Room Manager at N Family, you’ll:
- Lead an incredible team of expert Educators in one of our nursery family rooms.
- Be the specialist in early years education, driving passionate and innovative teaching.
- Inspire your team while ensuring every child receives outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for both teachers and families.
- Lead our "learning through play" ethos and deliver our N Curriculum with flair and expertise.
- Set a high standard in care and education, fostering an outstandingly great practice across your team.
- Champion continuous improvement and creativity in daily practice.
- Shape daily routines (mealtimes, naptimes, playtimes) to maximise engagement.
- Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences for each child.
- Coach and develop your team through feedback, training, and mentorship.
- Build strong parent partnerships by keeping families involved in their child’s journey.
- Uphold and model safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing standards.

Requirements
You’ll bring:
- Relevant early years experience—preferably as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or qualified nursery professional (e.g., nursery nurse, early years educator).
- For Baby Room Managers: Experience working with children under 2.
- Leadership experience—coaching, mentoring, and managing a team.
- A customer-first mindset, ensuring high standards in service delivery.
- A valid Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Current Paediatric First Aid (12-hour) certification with ongoing compliance.
- Safeguarding & child protection training—with a commitment to regular updates.
- A genuine passion for education and child development.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a "make it happen" drive.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to support our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
