Ellesmere Port, Cheshire | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £32,198 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
About The Role
Partou Sunny Days Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time (40 hours per week) role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager. You will:
- Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the setting
- Drive children’s engagement in stimulating activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Lead and inspire your team while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Build strong partnerships with caregivers and families

About You
Requirements include:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- Proven experience in leading teams within early years settings
- Passion for early years education
- Confidence in embedding child-centred learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
