Nursery Senior Deputy Manager – Partou Oxton Day Nursery & Pre-school

Merseyside, Oxton | Full-Time | Fixed term – 6 months | Salary £32,198 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Oxton Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time Nursery Senior Deputy Manager role (40 hours per week). This position will support their Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work towards nurturing children’s engagement in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Lead and inspire your team, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
  • Build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong understanding and application of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
  • Passion for early years education
