Role Overview
Support children aged 0–5 as part of our dedicated nursery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key person for a small group of children, fostering secure relationships with their families
- Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
- Implement the WonderWorks Approach and "Planning in the Moment" to guide learning and development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create inspiring, engaging environments
- Stay up-to-date with legislation, safeguarding, and best practices
- Lead by example in child protection, equity, and collective care

Requirements
Essential:
- Full, relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
- Proven experience with babies or toddlers (ages 0–3)
- Passion for early years education and inclusive practice
Desirable (not required):
- Experience engaging with diverse communities and families
- Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school, or child-led learning approaches
YOU MUST HAVE A DfE APPROVED FULL AND RELEVANT LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS/CHILDCARE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS ROLE.
