Nursery Senior Manager
About our Clients
Our lovely Clients in Leicester are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to support their growing group of 6 nurseries. You will ideally be based in and around the Leicestershire area able to support the nurseries within Leicestershire together with being able to travel to the clients other settings in London. Salary is c£55k plus great benefits depending on experience.

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. At least 6 years experience of working within a day nurseryHave at least 3 years at a Management Level. Have at least 1 years experience of multi-site Support / Management Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams. Experience of Ofsted Inspections, Ofsted Regulations, Audits both external and internal A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum. Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Clean Driving Licence
