Location: Southampton and local areas
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Rates
- Unqualified Nursery Staff: £13.50 per hour
- NVQ Level 2 Qualified: £14.00 per hour
- NVQ Level 3 Qualified: £15.00 per hour
About the Role
We are a well-established and busy childcare agency seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Staff to support a variety of nurseries in Southampton and the surrounding areas.
Whether you are:
- Unqualified with previous experience or hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, we have flexible opportunities available to suit your schedule.

As an agency nursery practitioner, you will:
- Work alongside Room Leaders and nursery teams
- Help provide high-quality care and educational support for children aged 3 months to 4 years.

Requirements
- A UK-recognised childcare or nursery qualification (for qualified positions)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to undergo a new DBS check
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
