Opportunity to purchase additional Holiday Key Tasks and responsibilities: Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard. Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required. Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required. About our Ottershaw Nursery Located on Brox Road in Chertsey, our nursery is easily accessible from the M25 and set in a charming, historic former schoolhouse, providing a warm, inviting environment. We’d love to hear from you if can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
