Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed for healthcare environments. You'll bring real-world nursing knowledge to the table, ensuring AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation tools reflect how nursing actually works.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your EHR expertise and clinical insight to cutting-edge AI development — on your own schedule, fully remote.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing documentation and care processes
  • Provide structured feedback on how well AI outputs align with real nursing workflows and patient safety standards
  • Flag clinical inaccuracies, ambiguous terminology, or workflow inefficiencies in AI-generated materials
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
