Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

Your clinical expertise is more valuable than ever — not just at the bedside, but in shaping the AI systems that will define the next generation of healthcare. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer health technology. As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you'll bring your frontline nursing knowledge directly to that work — helping AI understand the realities of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and patient care documentation.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced RNs to step into the AI space without leaving your clinical roots behind.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Fully Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical nursing knowledge to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare workflows and informatics
  • Translate real-world nursing workflows and EHR documentation practices into clear, structured feedback for AI training purposes
  • Review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, terminology correctness, and practical relevance to nursing practice
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe content in AI-generated clinical scenarios, documentation, or system recommendations
  • Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams to ensure AI systems reflect how nurses actually work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
