Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your clinical nursing expertise could help build the AI systems that will support the next generation of patient care?

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to develop cutting-edge models — and we need real nursing professionals to help us get healthcare AI right. As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you'll bring frontline clinical knowledge to AI training projects, ensuring that AI systems accurately understand nursing workflows, clinical documentation, and health information systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for nurses who want to apply their expertise beyond the bedside — without leaving the field they know best.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
  • Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to assess how well AI understands clinical documentation and informatics processes
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses related to nursing practice and health IT
  • Translate clinical nursing expertise into structured feedback that directly improves AI model quality
  • Annotate, rate, and refine AI outputs using clear evaluation guidelines
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on a schedule that works for you

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
