Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Working closely with colleagues across the Health Centre and wider pastoral network, you will help ensure continuity of care and clear communication with families and external healthcare professionals. The role also includes supporting health promotion initiatives and contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to pupil welfare. Flexibility and sound clinical judgement are essential, as the service operates across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and on-call support.

This position would suit a registered nurse who brings professionalism, compassion, and strong decision-making skills, along with a genuine commitment to supporting young people in a school environment. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of clinical practice and safeguarding awareness at all times.

Working in a school environment offers a unique sense of purpose and community. You will be supported with training, development, and opportunities to grow your skills, and you’ll work alongside colleagues who are committed to delivering excellent service to every member of the Wellington community.
