NVH CAE & Simulation Engineer - Vehicle Structural Dynamics

Every Aston Martin is designed to create an emotional connection with the driver.

Behind that experience lies thousands of engineering decisions influencing how the vehicle feels, sounds and performs. This role gives you the opportunity to play a central part in making those decisions.

As an NVH CAE & Simulation Engineer- Vehicle Structural Dynamics, you'll help shape the next generation of Aston Martin vehicles through advanced simulation, analysis and engineering insight. Working within Vehicle Engineering, you'll use cutting-edge CAE and simulation techniques to understand, predict and optimise vehicle noise, vibration and harshness performance long before physical prototypes reach the road.

This is a role that sits at the intersection of virtual engineering and real-world vehicle performance.

You'll develop and maintain full vehicle NVH models, investigate complex structural dynamics behaviours, assess modal and frequency response analysis, and use simulation to identify opportunities for improved refinement, stiffness and dynamic performance.

Working closely with Body Engineering, Chassis, Powertrain and Testing teams, you'll help translate technical data into meaningful engineering decisions, influencing vehicle design from the earliest stages of development. From analysing transfer paths and vehicle vibration modes to correlating simulation outputs against physical testing data, your work will directly contribute to the driving experience our customers expect from Aston Martin.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
