O365 / MDM Senior Engineer (SC Cleared/Eligible)
Whitehall Resources are looking for an O365 / MDM Senior Engineer. This role will be working full time onsite in Manchester, for an initial 6 month contract.
Due to the nature of the client, this role requires candidates to hold or be eligible for SC Clearance

Job Description:
- Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasks
- Support and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.
- Automation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.
- Troubleshoot with and support O365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
- Produce working documentation / HLD re Toolset or service configuration.
- Involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.
- Working across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience

- Azure
- End user desktop support
- Office applications, including SharePoint
End user communication:
- Microsoft Teams
- Skype Federation (not essential)
- Phone handset management and configuration.
