Objective-J / Cappuccino Developer
Contract | Outside IR35 | £400 per day | Fully Remote | Initial 6 Months
I'm working with a technology consultancy that is looking for an experienced Objective-J / Cappuccino Developer to deliver work for an end client's large-scale enterprise application.
The application is a long-established, business-critical platform built using Objective-J and the Cappuccino Framework. There are no plans for a full rewrite—instead, the focus is on maintaining, supporting and enhancing the existing platform, delivering new features and improvements where required.

What you'll need
- Commercial experience with Objective-J and the Cappuccino Framework
- Strong JavaScript development background
- Experience working on large enterprise or legacy applications
- Confidence working within an established codebase
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Objective-C, Cocoa, or other legacy enterprise technologies would also be highly beneficial.

- Strong potential for extension
If you've worked with Objective-J or the Cappuccino Framework commercially—whether recently or earlier in your career—I'd be extremely keen to speak with you. Given how niche this skillset is, I'm confident we can secure interviews as early as next week for the right profile.
