About the Company

Fusion OH are expanding and we are looking for dynamic fully qualified Occupational Health Advisors to join our clinical team on a full or part time basis.

About the Role

The applicant must be a qualified first level registered nurse with an additional degree, diploma or master’s in occupational health. Fusion's experienced clinical team will be there to support you, evidence reports with meaningful advice and recommendations. In addition, you must have proven experience of remote case management.

Responsibilities

  • Write high quality, evidence-based reports which is balanced with case load.
  • Provide training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Ensure ongoing access to Governance and Mentoring.
  • Participate in monthly OHA briefing sessions.
  • Engage in regular 121 sessions with CG/Line manager.
  • Work in a home based remote case management role.

Qualifications

  • Qualified first level registered nurse.
  • Additional degree, diploma or master’s in occupational health.
