Occupational Health Advisor | Hybrid | Manchester

£45,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well-established hybrid team based in Manchester.

This is a varied role where you will deliver both onsite and remote Occupational Health services, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a range of clients.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in delivering a full Occupational Health service, including:

  • Managing your own caseload, including case management and pre-placement assessments
  • Delivering health surveillance and workplace immunisation programmes
  • Providing clear, practical advice to managers, HR, and employees
  • Supporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plans
  • Promoting health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records

Requirements

Essential

  • Registered with the NMC (essential)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health
  • Experience in case management, health surveillance, and pre-employment screening
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
