Occupational Health Advisor | Hybrid | Manchester
£45,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well-established hybrid team based in Manchester.
This is a varied role where you will deliver both onsite and remote Occupational Health services, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a range of clients.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering a full Occupational Health service, including:
- Managing your own caseload, including case management and pre-placement assessments
- Delivering health surveillance and workplace immunisation programmes
- Providing clear, practical advice to managers, HR, and employees
- Supporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plans
- Promoting health and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records

Requirements
Essential
- Registered with the NMC (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health
- Experience in case management, health surveillance, and pre-employment screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
