Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Crewe, CW1 3PL
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part time

You must have previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, as well as an OH qualification, to be considered for this role.

Role Summary

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role where you can make a real impact on employee wellbeing? We're looking for a proactive and passionate OHA to join our team onsite in Crewe, you will be working with a great multidisciplinary team. This is a varied and rewarding position, where no two days are the same. You'll carry out workplace assessments, identify potential health risks, and provide expert advice to support employees' physical and mental wellbeing. You will complete 7 cases per day.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Conducting health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
  • Delivering evidence-based advice and case management for health concerns
  • Promoting a positive, proactive approach to workplace health and wellbeing
  • Managing around six cases per day, ensuring quality, care, and attention to detail

Who Are We Looking For?

  • An Occupational Health qualification is essential for this role
  • You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
  • Current NMC Registration
  • You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
  • The role also involves travelling to clinics, so a full UK driving license is a must.
