Falkirk (client sites in the area) · Permanent · Part-time · Salary up to 45k per year
A permanent, part-time Occupational Health Advisor role based around Falkirk, helping local employers keep their people safe and well at work.
The role
You will support MCL’s clients in and around Falkirk to meet their statutory occupational health duties: workplace assessments, routine health surveillance, pre-placement screening, fitness-for-work assessments and case management, in person and remotely, producing clear, professional reports for clients. You will manage your own caseload as an autonomous OHA, with the support of the wider team.

About you
- RGN or RMN with current NMC registration and prior OH advisor experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Occupational Health qualification desirable; relevant experience considered
- Strong written and verbal communication and comfortable with OH software
