About the Role
Position: Registered Nurse – Occupational Health Nurse Organisation: United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Service: Occupational Health Team (with SEQOHS accreditation)
The Corporate HR Occupational Health Service is seeking experienced registered nurses to join this multidisciplinary team, supporting Lincolnshire NHS, wider health communities, and external clients.

A paperlight service, requiring strong IT skills (mandatory). All duties include virtual communication (phone, video, email) and clinical audit/development work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace immunity checks
- Run occupational vaccination clinics
- Undertake fitness for work assessments
- Manage immunisation & blood exposure incidents
- Provide health surveillance protocols
- Support contact tracing & outbreak follow-up
- Participate in service audits to drive improvement
Location & Work Environment
With 4 major sites:
- Lincoln Hospital (teaching trust, 24/7 A&E, new medical school)
- Pilgrim Hospital (rural, full-service including A&E)
- Grantham Hospital (ambulatory A&E & paediatrics)
- Part of the new Lincolnshire Community & Hospitals Group (LCHG)
