Occupational Health Physician – Private Healthcare (Corporate Caseloads) Location: Central London Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week) Working Pattern: Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only. Role Type: Permanent, Salaried Salary: Up to £120,000 FTE (depending on experience) Benefits: Paid professional indemnity Access to a dedicated medical mentor Extensive range of employee benefits, financial support, and wellness programs for you and your family Private medical insurance, GP, and dental access We are seeking an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to join our Central London Primary Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career working with corporate clients from banking, law, and technology sectors, alongside a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, physiotherapists, GPs, nurses, and wellbeing specialists. As an OHP with us, you will be the designated HCA Healthcare UK partner for our corporate clients, working directly with their employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services. You will provide expert guidance, advice, and support, ensuring employees have seamless access to our full suite of healthcare services and that the client experience is consistent and effective. In this role, you will: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client organisations and their HR teams Embed HCA Healthcare UK’s occupational health services within client organisations Provide guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure the service is delivered effectively Key Responsibilities: Occupational health case management, triage, and absence reviews Clinical consultations including initial appointments (60 mins) and follow-ups (30 mins) Peer review, audit, and quality assurance Administration, documentation, and client reporting Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic employee support This role offers a varied and dynamic schedule, balancing clinical care, client engagement, and professional development. You will foster a culture of proactive engagement and effective partnership with corporate client services. Primary Medical Degree (MBBS) Full GMC registration and a valid UK Licence to Practise Qualified Occupational Health clinician with Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records Why HCA UK?
