About the Role
We are offering several styles of working — applicants may apply for one or more:

Remote Management Referral Consultations
Working flexibly from home, you will conduct telephone and video assessments for clients' employees following referral to our service. Each consultation takes 20–30 minutes, after which you provide your completed report. All referral triage and post-consultation administration is handled by our team.

Combined Driver Medical & Management Referral Clinics
You will attend client sites to conduct sessions running from 9:30am–3:30pm, covering DVLA D4 medical assessments and absence management referrals. Following each session, you submit your completed documents and reports to our team for processing. A driving licence is required for this style of working.

Health Surveillance Site Visits
You will attend client sites to conduct scheduled sessions from 9:30am–3:30pm, including audiometry, spirometry, questionnaires, and HAVS tiers 1–2 (OHP tiers 3–4), as well as pre-placement assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and case management. You submit completed documentation to our team after each session.

Qualifications
- GMC registration and licence to practise
- Occupational Health qualification: Diploma in OH, AFOM, MFOM, or FFOM
- HAVS FOM-approved course (required if undertaking HAVS health surveillance)
- Professional indemnity insurance covering private work
- Valid DBS check
- Subject to annual appraisal via SOM or equivalent
- Own equipment to facilitate all allocated services
- Driving licence (required for on-site clinics only)
- Suitable home workspace, laptop, and reliable internet connection (required for remote consultations only)
