Location: Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent
Salary/package: £110,000pa FTE (£66,000 pro rata)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 22.2 hours per week
Due to the nature of the work being carried out, the successful candidate will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check which will be carried out by the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join the growing team at Staff Care Services and play a key role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service across a varied client base.

Staff Care Services, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG) offer health and wellbeing services, supporting workplaces to ensure their staff are fit, healthy and able to undertake their role successfully. We can help with everything from developing an insight driven wellbeing strategy through to ensuring the whole employee lifecycle is supported by our occupational health and employee assistance programme.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing occupational health casework to ensure timely, high-quality clinical advice.
- Supporting health surveillance activity to deliver safe and compliant outcomes.
- Working closely with managers and HR teams to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Preparing clinical reports to support decision making on absence, capability and ill-health retirement.
- Representing the OH service externally to uphold professional standards.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of OH standards and quality assurance processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a qualified Occupational Health Physician with GMC registration.
- Experience using online record systems.
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Medicine, with higher qualifications welcomed.
- Strong clinical judgement and experience managing complex health issues.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively across varied settings.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
