A fully remote, part-time Occupational Health Advisor role, nationwide, focused on case management, up to £45,000 FTE.
The role
Working remotely, you will support MCL’s clients to meet their statutory occupational health duties, with a focus on remote case management: workplace assessments, health-risk reporting, pre-placement screening and clinical audit, producing quality reports for clients. You will manage your own caseload as an autonomous OHA, with the support of the wider team.

What’s on offer
- Up to £45,000 FTE
- Fully remote, part-time (2–3 days per week)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), rising to 28 after 2 years

About you
- RGN or RMN with current NMC registration and OH case management experience
- Confident and competent managing a varied caseload
- Occupational Health qualification desirable; relevant experience considered
- Comfortable with Microsoft packages and OH software
