Full Job Description

We're looking to appoint a dedicated, driven and committed individual who is looking to learn new skills, and who is happy to work autonomously after a very comprehensive training programme with ongoing support as required.

You should be educated to a minimum GCSE level and be able to demonstrate first-class customer service skills.

Experience driving a 3.5-ton vehicle is advantageous but not essential, but you should be comfortable at the prospect of driving one.

The role will be Monday - Friday covering the Guildford and surrounding area, visiting one company each day, with the occasional overnight stay, fully expensed.

The Occupational Health Technician role in Guildford, Surrey is a full-time remote position, supporting clients across multiple industries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting health surveillance activities such as audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, and other routine assessments in line with occupational health protocols.
  • Accurately recording clinical data, preparing reports, and communicating findings to occupational health advisors and client representatives.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Occasional travel to client sites or mobile units may be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and commitment to confidentiality and data protection are essential.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with good IT skills and competence using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
