Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager
Birmingham | £65,850 - £77,474 + Excellent Benefits
Be part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects and help shape the health and wellbeing strategy for a major national programme.
We're looking for an experienced Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality occupational health services, ensuring they are efficient, effective and aligned with business objectives. You'll support the implementation of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing strategy, manage key projects, monitor performance, identify health trends, and develop targeted wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification.
- Qualified to Degree/Masters level or BSc in Community Nursing (Occupational Health).
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) status recorded with the NMC.
- Experience in occupational health leadership, project management and service improvement.
- Strong data analysis, budgeting, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
