Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a genuine difference in people's lives?

With three CQC Outstanding specialist homes, you'll become part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional resident-centred care in one of the UK's leading complex care providers.
About The Role
As our Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide highly specialised Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
- Managing a specialist neurological caseload
- Developing personalised rehabilitation programmes
- Cognitive assessments including:
- WHIM
- SMART
- CRS-R
- MOCA
- MMSE
- 24-hour postural management
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Cognitive rehabilitation and sensory stimulation programmes
- Providing education and support to residents, families, and colleagues
- Supervising and developing junior Occupational Therapy staff and Activity Teams
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working within neurological rehabilitation or complex care
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience undertaking specialist neurological assessments
- A passion for person-centred rehabilitation
- The confidence to work independently while thriving within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience within acquired brain injury, spinal injury, neurorehabilitation, stroke, or long-term neurological conditions would be highly desirable.
