Job Title: Occupational Therapist - DFG & Moving and Handling Location: Scunthorpe Pay Rate: £39 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in maintaining independence and safety at home, with a focus on Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) and moving and handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and deliver tailored interventions.
- Provide expert advice on adaptations, equipment, and safe manual handling techniques.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to develop effective support plans.
- Ensure all work aligns with current legislation and best practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in DFG assessments and moving and handling.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
