Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Equipment & Adaptations Partnership in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable OT with strong assessment skills and experience supporting adults with complex physical needs.

What will your responsibilities be? Complete functional assessments to determine equipment and adaptation needs Recommend and arrange suitable equipment, minor adaptations, and home modifications Work closely with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies Produce clear, high-quality clinical reports and Care Act–compliant documentation Contribute to safe, effective discharge planning where required Support independent living within the community Qualifications & Experience: HCPC registered Occupational Therapist Previous experience in equipment, adaptations, moving & handling, or physical disabilities Strong clinical reasoning and risk assessment skills Ability to manage a varied community caseload Benefits: Competitive £35 per hour Supportive team and manageable caseload Refer a Friend Bonus – generous reward for successful referrals Why Liquid Personnel?
