Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

More importantly, our work is about much more than rehabilitation – it is about helping people rebuild their lives after trauma. Every day, our clinicians have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping clients regain independence, return to work, and reconnect with their most important daily activities. Community-based practice allows you to see the whole person, not just the injury. By working with clients in the homes, workplaces, and communities where they live, you can deliver highly individualized care in the places and spaces that matter most to their recovery.

FunctionAbility’s exciting move to Alberta will come in advance of the new Care First Model – Alberta’s new system for auto insurance. Our team is equipped to navigate this new legislation and will be ready to support Albertans in their recovery through community assessment and treatment services. Our team will work also with clients funded through WCB, including individuals experiencing both work-related physical and psychological injuries.

At FunctionAbility, clinician support and mentorship are at the core of what we do, and while we work in the community, our philosophy is that we never do it alone. We are committed to helping our clinicians thrive through exceptional mentorship, meaningful professional development, and a culture where learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence are part of everyday practice. Over the past 25 years, we have built an unparalleled clinical support system that includes structured onboarding, extensive mentorship and clinical supervision, evidence-informed resources, and collaborative interdisciplinary teams. Your growth, wellbeing, and success matter here.
