Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary therapy team works together to provide holistic, person-centred support, empowering children and adults with autism and associated needs to live fulfilling, more independent lives.
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist
Join our multidisciplinary team, delivering innovative, evidence-based occupational therapy within a Positive Behaviour Model. This is your chance to transform lives by helping children aged 4–19 in our school and adults in the community unlock their potential, build confidence and develop the independence to thrive.
This is ideally a full-time, 52-week position, but we're committed to finding the right person and are happy to consider a term-time-only contract for the successful candidate.
A day in the life of Occupational Therapy will include:
- Collaborating with our OT team, education staff and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated therapeutic support.
- Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing tailored interventions that make a meaningful difference.
- Promoting best practice through training, mentoring and staff coaching.
- Contributing to reviews and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure a person centered approach.
- Maintaining accurate, professional case notes and reports
- Playing an active role in developing and enhancing the OT service
