At Autism Unlimited

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary therapy team works together to provide holistic, person-centred support, empowering children and adults with autism and associated needs to live fulfilling, more independent lives.

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist

Join our multidisciplinary team, delivering innovative, evidence-based occupational therapy within a Positive Behaviour Model. This is your chance to transform lives by helping children aged 4–19 in our school and adults in the community unlock their potential, build confidence and develop the independence to thrive.

This is ideally a full-time, 52-week position, but we're committed to finding the right person and are happy to consider a term-time-only contract for the successful candidate.

A day in the life of Occupational Therapy will include:

  • Collaborating with our OT team, education staff and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated therapeutic support.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing tailored interventions that make a meaningful difference.
  • Promoting best practice through training, mentoring and staff coaching.
  • Contributing to reviews and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure a person centered approach.
  • Maintaining accurate, professional case notes and reports
  • Playing an active role in developing and enhancing the OT service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
