About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual eager to make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team on a 14-bed adult inpatient eating disorder ward.
What You’ll Do
- Work as an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor within a specialist inpatient eating disorders service
- Support Occupational Therapists in delivering person-centred interventions and share relevant feedback about service users and carers
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities such as cooking, shopping, social eating, and relaxation, delivered in groups or individually
- Plan and prepare sessions while remaining flexible to meet individual needs and preferences
- Use effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records
- Work as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver coordinated, supportive care
- Demonstrate a good understanding of eating disorders, mental health, and occupational therapy

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual who is:

- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can follow direction and work independently
Experience in a similar role is desirable; however, motivation, values, and the ability to deliver high standards of care are equally important to succeed in this role.
