Job Description

What You Will Do

As an OCI Growth Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition and OCI consumption across your assigned territory. You will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and work with customers, partners, and Oracle specialists to deliver measurable business outcomes through OCI and AI-powered solutions.

  • Drive net-new OCI business, account expansion, and cloud consumption growth across your assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for OCI, AI, Data Platform, and Cloud Native solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Influence C-level decision makers to support transformational cloud and AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales specialists, presales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to deliver customer value.
  • Leverage Oracle's partner ecosystem to accelerate adoption and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression through Oracle sales methodologies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, cloud technologies, and AI innovation.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Proven success in cloud, infrastructure, technology, or enterprise software sales.
  • Experience selling cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Experience developing relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively with partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to positively influence others.
