As an OCI Growth Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation—helping customers modernise their infrastructure, embrace AI, and unlock new possibilities with Oracle Cloud.
You'll be selling solutions that genuinely solve customer challenges while competing head-to-head with the world's leading cloud providers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive net-new business by identifying, developing, and closing new OCI opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, social selling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across the organisation, from technical teams to the C-suite.
- Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
- Apply MEDDICC (or similar sales methodologies) to qualify opportunities and accelerate successful outcomes.
- Position OCI's AI, infrastructure, database, and cloud-native services against competitive solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Partners, and Oracle specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead virtual account teams and orchestrate internal resources to win strategic opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast while consistently exceeding bookings and cloud consumption goals.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy building something from the ground up and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding new business sales targets.
- A true hunter mentality with a passion for creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- A Challenger mindset with the confidence to influence customer thinking and drive meaningful conversations.
- Experience selling enterprise technology or cloud solutions directly to customers and through partner ecosystems.
- Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking, with confidence in outbound engagement.
- Experience with solution selling and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- The ability to build relationships from technical stakeholders through to CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to lead cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
- A self-driven attitude, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine desire to win.
- A willingness to spend time where business happens—working from customer sites and Oracle offices (TVP and Moorgate), with approximately three days each week in the field.
