Responsibilities
Working as an HGV Technician / Mechanic requires both technical expertise and adaptability. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs and commercial specialist vehicles.
- Handling high-performance brands – Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford.
- Ensuring all vehicles meet strict safety and quality compliance standards.
- Preparing vehicles for MOT tests and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborating with a skilled, supportive team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications and mindset:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- Must be OEM trained (factory-trained certification).
- Hands-on experience in maintaining HGVs or LCVs.
- UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE Driver’s License (manual transmission).
- A proactively, detail-oriented approach with a passion for vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to complete security checks (involving financial probity and basic criminality verification).
