Role Description
Our FIA/OFE OR will be responsible for leading and managing both Field Integration & Assembly (FIA) and Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE). As the client's Owner's Representative (OR), also known as the Project Management Consultant (PMC), it is key that the individual has strong project management experience with a key focus in Delivery Management and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management.
The scope of service will not be limited to just one project but will support multiple projects of various sizes and at different stages.
You can be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway or Finland

Key Information:
Field Integration & Assembly (FIA): The PMC oversees conveyance products, such as modules connecting various critical products. Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) ; Specifies purpose procured equipment to suit specifications across the site.
PMC OFE/FIA Project Manager: Key Responsibilities
The role requires ensuring the requirements of the stage process are met and involves the following core responsibilities:
Maintain the project-specific vendor sandbox with Time to Site (TTS) durations. Update the external schedule with Time to Site (TTS) and Time to Deploy (TTD) durations. Promote schedule risk communication using scenario-based schedule analysis. A key focus for this role is Delivery Management and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management. Provide feedback on cost estimates and gather cost estimates from vendors at relevant stages for submission to the Owner's commercial team. Manage the FIA and OFE Product/Equipment Status Tracker's. Ensure Products are commissioned at the factory (FAT) and delivered to site with Sign off . Manage the development and input of the FIA/OFE vendors to meet schedule requirements. Validate Contractor assessments on constructability, Move in , Move out (MIMO), and logistics. Manage project risk, report any Early Warnings to the PMC system and lead Risk & Escalation. Manage design changes and ensure the rollout is captured via the PMC process. Scope Management ,Review Scopes of Work (SOW) for PMC and Vendor Deliverables. Ensure and check Interface and integrations with site contractors for "trade to trade" handover. Experience with FIA/OFE products, including: data hall perimeter, trestle interconnects, PCW headers, Electrical Room skids, Fire Alarm, Generator set , Fuel systems , Fill System Connections, and System Connections.

Qualifications & Experience:
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are a technically capable and come to us with:
Project Management background Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. ( Minimum of a HNC "Higher National Certificate" in relative field) Data Centre Experience ( Hyperscale would be advantageous ) . Consulting experience ( PMC experience would be advantageous, although time served would be acceptable ) Quality control Change Management Delivery program Management Autodesk ( ACC) OFE experience FIA experience
