What is the opportunity?
Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Capital Markets AidenEdge Intern at RBC? By applying to this job posting, you will be considered for multiple innovative and highly technical roles available across the Capital Markets spectrum.

What will you do?
- Work directly with Capital Markets Groups to assist with identifying and solving the most cutting edge and complex issues facing financial markets today.
- Analyze business requirements, create designs, develop, code, and translate them into innovative, on desk, actionable solutions.
- Be responsible for an end to end solution for your given business line to enable efficiencies and innovative thinking in your department.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Working towards or recently graduated from a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related degree, and currently maintaining academic excellence.
- In-depth programming knowledge of one of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, C/C+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence
- Must be a self-starter, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and learn
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a desire to present outcomes to stakeholders
