About Your Team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. None of our day to day activities could do without either of those, as we build the strong, fun, and trustworthy brand that is Eneba. Gamers are fast adopters, and we move even faster to create deep-rooted and long-lasting relationships with our users. We're inspired by our community and we do our best to continuously deliver on the goal of building and bringing all local gaming communities under one global roof.
You'll join our SEO team within Marketing - a group that combines technical expertise, creativity, and data to grow Eneba organically across multiple international markets.
This isn't a maintenance role. We're constantly launching new markets, expanding into new categories, testing new acquisition strategies, and competing in highly competitive search landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end off-page SEO initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Build and execute scalable backlink acquisition strategies that improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
- Research, evaluate, and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.
- Develop long-term partnerships with publishers, website owners, and industry contacts.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor backlink quality, identify toxic links and proactively reduce off-page SEO risks.
- Prioritize opportunities using SEO data, performance metrics, and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize SEO performance.
- Experiment with new outreach methods, AI-powered workflows, and industry best practices to continuously improve results.
- Help establish and optimize scalable outreach processes as we continue expanding globally.

Requirements
- 4+ years of SEO experience with a strong focus on off-page SEO.
- Proven success improving organic rankings through high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Google's ranking algorithms and modern off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience working across multiple countries, languages, or international SEO projects.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze backlink profiles, competitors, and SEO performance using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Similarweb, or equivalent.
- Excellent outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision maker who knows how to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or outreach vendors.
- Experience with AI-assisted outreach workflows.
- Background in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or large-scale content websites.
- Experience expanding SEO strategies into new international markets.

€2,200 - €2,445 a month
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
