Role: Office & Administrative Assistant

Location: London (5 days office/ 9am-6pm)
Reports to: Executive Assistant (EA)


The Brand:
Marfa Stance is a British luxury outerwear brand founded in 2019 by designer Georgia Dant, recognised for its modular, reversible, and sustainably produced garments made in Italy. Inspired by minimalist artist Donald Judd and Marfa, Texas, the brand focuses on functional, seasonless fashion designed for longevity.


The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both the Executive Assistant and the wider team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while contributing to key business projects and brand activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is willing to be proactive and take ownership of a broad range of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative tasks, including travel bookings, scheduling, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Provide cover for the Executive Assistant during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of support to the CEO and founder.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and keeping the workspace organised.
  • Support the office relocation and setup of a new workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team where needed.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Support with brand activities, including photoshoots, events, and trunk shows where needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential.
  • An interest in fashion, luxury, or creative industries is a plus.
