Office Administrator – Permanent Role in Glasgow
About the Role
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting administrative tasks. This permanent position in Glasgow requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations within a small-sized organisation in the property industry, known for its focus on exceptional client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and organise files to support the property team
- Handle incoming communications (emails and phone calls) and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organised and well-equipped
- Support the onboarding of new staff through documentation preparation and initial training assistance
- Assist with invoicing and basic financial record-keeping
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure deadlines and targets are met

Requirements
A successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role, preferably within the property industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently when required
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
